Barnak Samaj beat Dhaka Wanderers Club by 2-0 goals in the only match of the Green Delta Metropolis First Division League at the Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium in the city Friday, reports UNB.
After a barren first half, Rashedul Islam put Barnak Samaj ahead from a penalty corner in the 53rd minute (1-0), while Mamunur Rashid doubled the margin in the 55th minute with a field goal (2-0), UNB reports.
