Bashundhara Housing fair begins in city

The two week-long "Bashundhara Abasan Mela 2010" (Bashundhara Housing Fair) began at Bashundhara City Monday.
Managing Director of the Bashundhara Group Sayem Sobhan inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
Housing plots and ready apartments of different housing and ready structure projects of the "East West Properties Development Private Limited," will be projected before the enthusiastic and potential customers.
The East West Properties Development Private Limited (EWPD), mother enterprise the group, is hosting the fair that will remain open for all from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. everyday until this month end. The EWPD is hosting single company fair for the first time.
Attractive offers and special discounts on booking of the housing land and ready apartments of different projects of the EWPD will be available at the fair.
A total of seven ongoing housing land and ready apartment projects of the EWPD will take booking apart from complete purchase deal on special discount ranging between 10-15 percent of the actual price depending on the location and the project. Potential buyers may also take part in lottery to win brand-new cars and other precious prizes.
