BASIC Bank gets new MD, AMD***

The Board of Directors of BASIC Bank Limited has appointed Mr. Kazi Faqurul Islam as the new Managing Director of the bank, said a press release. The board also promoted Mr. Sk. Monzur Morshed as Additional Managing Director, General Managers Mr. A.H Gholam Sanjari, Mr Kanak Kumar Purkaystha and Mr. Shahabad Doza as Deputy Managing Directors of the bank. Mr. Kazi Faqurul Islam is now working in Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation as Managing Director. He will likely join the BASIC Bank Limited in next month (June). In his long career, Mr. Islam was the deputy managing director & Managing Director (Current Charge) of Sonali Bank Limited. Mr Islam also served in Agrani Bank Limited as a General Manager. -FE Report
