BASIC Bank officials urged to ensure better services

Officials of the BASIC Bank Limited have been urged to provide customers with the best services with utmost honesty and sincerity.
Managing Director of the bank AH Ekbal Hossain made the appeal while distributing certificates among the participants at the closing ceremony of a four-day branch management course in the city recently, said a press release.
Training cell of the bank organised the course for second officers/departmental heads of the bank.
The managing director also stressed the need for quality services and better customer relationships for the overall business development of the branches.
He expressed the hope that the quality of management of the branches would be augmented further through the knowledge earned by the participants from the course.
Eminent bankers/training personalities like BKB Chairman SA Chowdhury, Sujit Shaha and Sukumar Chakrabarty of the BIBM and Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md Mosaddiqur Rahman conducted various sessions of the course.
General Manager of the bank Shaikh Ahmed was also present at the concluding ceremony, the release added.
