Basic foundation course for auditors of Defence Finance begins

Inaugural ceremony of basic foundation course for the newly-recruited auditors of Defence Finance Department was held at the office of Senior Finance Controller (Army), Dhaka Cantonment Sunday, said an ISPR release.
About 66 participants from different offices of the department are participating in the training course.
Md Motahar Hossain, Controller General of Defence Finance, was the chief guest while Amir Khasru, Deputy Controller and auditor general (Senior) and Group Captain AKM Rafique Uddin, director of Air Force Headquarters attended the function as the special guests.
Md Mahtab Uddin, senior Finance Controller (Army), presided over the function.
Meanwhile, the certificate giving ceremony of No 42 Flying Instructors' Course of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) was held at Arulia in Bogra Sunday.
Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal SM Ziaur Rahman attended the ceremony as the chief guest and distributed certificates among the pilots.
