BAT Bangladesh received certification from the Top Employers Institute

For the fifth time, BAT Bangladesh received certification from the Top Employers Institute in both the Asia Pacific and global categories in 2024 for its best practices in talent attraction, development, well-being, and engagement. Top Employers Institute is an international body that has assessed more than 2,300 organisations in 121 regions since its inception in 1991. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the institute confirmed the certification for BAT Bangladesh recently.
