Bata unveils new collections of 'Hush Puppies'

Bata Bangladesh on Thursday has unveiled the new collections of world famous shoe brand 'Hush Puppies' to continue its trend of introducing vibrant quality products for Bangladeshi consumers.
President of Bata Emerging Market (Asia & Pacific) Jorge Carbajal and Managing Director of Bata Emerging Market (West) F. Garcia presented the latest collections in a colourful unveiling ceremony at a hotel in the capital.
Bata is one of the world's leading footwear retailer and manufacturer with operations across five continents. Bata Bangladesh, with affiliation to the Bata Shoe organisation, is the exclusive official licensee of Hush Puppies brand in Bangladesh since July 2003. Latest and innovative footwear items of the Hush Puppies have got tremendous response from the target consumers in Bangladesh, speakers in the ceremony said.
According to them, the company achieved significant growth in sales of Hush Puppies in the country in 2008 and received special award from the brand owner.
"We have Hush Puppies corner in our selected Bata outlets and these new collections will be available there. Very soon, we will open a new exclusive Hush Puppies outlet at Gulshan-1," said the Bata Bangladesh officials on the occasion.
