BB gov for energy-efficient green initiatives

Bangladesh Bank (BB) governor Dr Atiur Rahman on Sunday called upon corporate bodies to pay more attention to energy-efficient green initiatives in dealing with the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. He made the call while addressing the launch of a report on CSR in Bangladesh in 2014 organized by CSR Centre at a city hotel. Diplomats, business leaders, academicians and researchers attended the function held with CSR Centre chairman Farooq Sobhan in the chair, according to a news agency.
