BB vows to develop SME sector

Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman today (Sunday) said the central bank will consider the suggestions or proposals placed by the women entrepreneurs to develop SME sector of the country. The BB Governor said this while addressing a seminar titled ‘Credit Access for Women Entrepreneurs-Challenges and the Way Forward’ in Chittagong on the day, according to a statement issued by BB.FBCCI president Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed was also present on the occasion.
