The third meeting of the ad-hoc committee of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will be held today (Thursday) with development of the country's domestic cricket on its agenda, reports UNB.
The meeting will begin at 4:30am at the BCB's Navana Tower office with its President Sina Ibn Jamali in the chair.
"The main agenda of the meeting is the development of the country's domestic cricket," said Ahmed Sajjadul Alam Bobby, chairman of the BCB's media and communications committee.
In reply to a query, Bobby said they will review the suggestions of the previous board to develop the domestic cricket, especially the National Cricket League.
Asked about the development of the tender process of the national team sponsorship for the ensuing Twenty20 World Championship, Bobby refused to make any comment as the deadline for dropping tenders ends Thursday at 11:00 am.
He also hinted that the meeting would discuss some of the pending issues.
After taking over charge, the 11-member ad-hoc committee held its first meeting on August 1 and the second one on August 9.
