BCB, DU sign deal to modernise central playground

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will bear the cost of putting up a modern cricket pitch, gallery, dressing room, a media centre, toilets and two practice pitches at the Dhaka University central playground, reports UNB.
BCB signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect with the Dhaka University at the Vice Chancellor's office Sunday.
DU treasurer Syed Abul Kalam Azad and BCB CEO Mahmudur Rahman signed the 5-year deal on behalf of their respective sides.
Dhaka University VC SMA Faiz, Pro-VC AFM Yusuf Haider were present , among others, on the occasion.
