BCBL gets new DMD

Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL) has appointed Mohd. Jamil Hossain as its new Deputy Managing Director (DMD), says a press release.
Prior to joining BCBL, Mr Hossain worked as the Senior Executive Vice President at The Premier Bank Limited.
Mr. Hossain started off his banking career in January 1997 as a Probationary Officer at the Eastern Bank Limited. He subsequently worked at Woori Bank, Prime Bank and NRB Bank Limited.
Mr. Hossain holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) degree from ICMA (AUS & NZ). He has also completed various degrees, including a Master's in Public Affairs in International Economic Relations, a Master's in Professional Banking, and double MBA majors in Finance and Marketing.
He is a Certified Credit Professional from OMEGA Credit, UK, and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Banker Institute, UK.
