BCIC has adequate stock of urea

The Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) has allocated 182, 934 tonnes of urea fertiliser for distribution among the farmers this month. The BCIC has requested district level fertiliser and seed monitoring committees to oversee lifting, transportation and distribution of fertiliser among the farmers, said a press release. Currently, it said, there is a sufficient stock of urea fertiliser with the BCIC. —FE Report
