BCS (Statistical) Cadre Assoc polls held

Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) Joint Director AKM Fazlul Haque and Deputy Director Mohiuddin Ahmed have been elected as President and General Secretary (GS) respectively of BCS (Statistical) Cadre Association for two years.
Election to the biennial BCS (Statistical) Cadre Association 2015 was held on Saturday at BBS headquarters in the city, a press statement said.
The 19 other elected office-bearers are: Vice Presidents Kamrul Islam and Rafiqul Islam, International Affairs Secretary Golam Mostafa, Education, Culture and Research Secretary Shafiqul Islam, Joint Secretaries Alamgir and Lizen, Organising Secretary Feroz, Assistant Organising Secretary Zahid, Publication Secretary Nazmul Haque, Office and Law Secretary Mahnuma Rahman, Finance Secretary Mobarak Hossain and Executive Members Dipankor Roy, Rafiqul Islam, Abdul Halim, Selim Sarkar, Wahidur Rahman, Akhtar Hasan, Ariful Islam and Imran Hossain.
