BD China Business Summit on May 16

A daylong international business and investment networking event styled as 'Bangladesh China Business Summit 2026' will be held in the city on May 16, aiming to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
The event is expected to create a platform for international investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term economic collaboration among the participants representing Bangladesh and China.
Bangladesh China Club Ltd. (BCCL), organiser of the event, announced the event through a press release issued on Wednesday.
Representatives from the Global Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, China, and the International Business Strategy Committee of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Business Federation are collaborating with the BCCL to host the event.
United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) is the title sponsor of the event.
Chairman of Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA) Muzaffar Ahmed will attend the event as the chief guest.
The summit will feature international business networking session, b2b business matching opportunities, Bangladesh investment presentation, China-Bangladesh trade & investment discussion, banking & financial collaboration session and one-to-one investor meeting session.
