BD, China review bilateral relations

Bangladesh and China reviewed the entire gamut of their bilateral relations at a Foreign Minister-level meeting in Dhaka on Sunday. Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali led the 19-member Bangladesh side while his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi the 13-member China team at the meeting. State Minister for Foreign Affairs M Shahriar Alam and Foreign Secretary M Shahidul Haque were present at the meeting that began at 10:40am at the Foreign Ministry conference room. Representatives from relevant ministries and Foreign Ministry officials also took part in the meeting. Earlier in the morning, Foreign Minister Mahmood Ali welcomed the Chinese Foreign Minister who arrived in Bangladesh on a 3-day visit on Saturday evening, according to a news agency.
