BD elected to South-South Steering Committee

Bangladesh has been elected member of the South-South Steering Committee for Sustainable Development (SS-SCSD). The success came at the third high-level forum on South-South Cooperation for Sustainable Development under the theme of ‘South-South Cooperation, ICT and Financing for Sustainable Development’ held on Sunday in Hong Kong. Dr John W Ashe, the President of the 68th session of the United nations General Assembly, presided over the meeting, said a PID handout on Tuesday, according to a news agency.
