BD embassy officials, staff urged to help injured Bangladeshis

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday directed the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh and other concerned to take immediate steps to provide all necessary assistance to the Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims injured in crane collapse in Mecca. "Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has directed all concerned in Bangladesh Embassy in Riyadh and personnel involved in Hajj programme to provide necessary assistance to the Bangladeshi victims of a crane collapse at the Grand Mosque in Mecca," said a message from PMO. According to the media report, at least 40 Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims were injured in the collapse of the crane, according to a news agency.
