BD exhumes, repatriates remains of 18 WWII Japanese soldiers

The exhumation and repatriation of the remains of 18 Japanese soldiers, who died during the World War II, were completed. A 10-member Japanese delegation stayed in Chattogram from Nov 17 to Nov 28 to carry out the exhumation of the soldiers' remains, buried at the Chattogram War Cemetery, according to a statement from the ISPR.
