Bangladesh on Sunday expressed deep condolences and sympathies to the victims of the arson attack perpetrated by Israeli settlers in Palestine on July 31. The attack on a Palestinian house in the town of Duma in the West Bank burned an 18-month old Palestinian infant to death and injured his parents and four-year-old brother. “Bangladesh considers it a ‘cowardly attack’ and demands the perpetrators involved in this heinous crime be brought to justice,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement. Bangladesh reiterated its unequivocal commitment to realising the inalienable rights of the brotherly people of Palestine to an independent homeland and a sovereign and viable State of Palestine, according to a news agency.
