BD need 7 wkts for historic Test series win

Bangladesh cricketers were only 7 wickets away from an historic 3-0 Test series win against Zimbabwe on Sunday morning. The third and final Test was waiting to show the final moment drama as the Tigers stared tormenting Zimbabwe with their bowling prowess on the 5th and final day at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. They needed just 7 more wickets to clinch the series while Zimbabwe needed 308 runs for victory. Earlier, a brilliant century by Mominul Haque helped the host set a target of 449 for Zimbabwe on the 4th day of the 5-day game on Saturday. In reply, Zimbabwe reached 71 for one wicket when the play of the day ended needing 378 more runs for the touring team on the final day. Bangladesh bowlers claimed two Zimbabwe wickets to send the tourists into trouble afer the play resumed around 9:30am, according to a news agency.
