BD opens diplomatic mission in Vienna

Bangladesh has opened its first-ever resident diplomatic mission in Vienna, the capital of Austria, which is expected to help promote Bangladesh’s good image in that country. Bangladesh government conveyed its deep appreciation to the government and people of Austria for their valuable support and cooperation towards opening the mission in Vienna. The formal opening took place on Saturday, says the Foreign Ministry. The Bangladesh Embassy will function from a temporary office for next two months and would thereafter move to a permanent location, according to a news agency.
