BD scientist granted patent for super energy saving lights

Mr Nazmul Huda, a Bangladeshi scientist, has been granted patent on his application filed on February 14, 2013 titled "Mains Operated Competitive Super Energy Saving Lights" by the Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks of the government of Bangladesh, said a press release.
The main specialty of his invention is a new kind of inexpensive, simple, energy-efficient and small-sized power driver.
His various kinds of lamps range from almost watt-less night lamps, more than doubly energy-efficient lamps in comparison to the CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) and the 2/4 feet tube lights, operable directly with the Mains Supply (AC 220V, without a battery).
The acceptance of his patent application from the date of his application under Bangladesh Patent No 1005550 was communicated through a letter No Patent No 34/2013/3031 dated 25.08.14 addressed to him, the release added.
