BD signs MoU with Mexico on FOC

Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mexico on Foreign Office Consultation (FOC) for further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, reports BSS.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam and Mexican Foreign Minister Jos, Antonio Meade Kuribre a signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides at Mexican foreign ministry on Wednesday afternoon, according to a message received Dhaka on Thursday.
This agreement was signed on the eve of 40th anniversary of bilateral relationship between Bangladesh and Mexico.
After the signing ceremony, both the ministers discussed in details the entire gamut of bilateral relations in a cordial atmosphere when the both sides agreed to engage in intense dialogue through this agreement.
The first ever Foreign Office Consultation (FOC) between Bangladesh and Mexico will take place in Dhaka.
