Bd Welding board meet Mar 5

As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the authorities of Bd Welding Electrodes have stated that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on March 5 at 11am to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year that ended on December 31, '10.
