B'desh Football team leave Bangkok for Laos today

Bangladesh National Football team will leave Bangkok for Laos today (Monday) to play their away match for the joint qualifications for FIFA World Cup-2022 and AFC Asian Cup- 2023 against Laos on June 06 at the National Stadium in Vientiane, Laos, reports UNB.
After the away match, Bangladesh will play their home match against the same opponent on June 11 at Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka at 07:00 pm.
Bangladesh National Football team, now in Thailand for a 10-day preparation camp, passed a busy schedule on Sunday in their last training session at SP Football Club Ground in Bangkok.
Bangladesh team took part in hard physical training session, stretching, set piece practice, ball shooting practice, man to man marking from 02:00 pm to 03:30 pm.
The team will return home from Laos on June 07.
Earlier, a 31-member Bangladesh team reached Bangkok on May 24 to prepare themselves for their home and away basis joint qualifications for FIFA World Cup 2022 and AFC Asian Cup 2023 against Laos.
During their stay in Bangkok, Bangladesh team also played two preparatory matches against two Thai professional football clubs as a part of their preparation.
Bangladesh played to a 1-1 draw with Air Force United FC in their first practice match on May 28 at the Air Force playground in Bangkok. Biplu Ahmed netted the lone goal for Bangladesh.
In the 2nd practice match, Bangladeshi booters outplayed BG Pathum United FC by 3-0 goals at Leo Stadium in Pathum Thani on June 01.
Tawhidul Alam Sabuz netted two goals while Arifur Rahman scored other goal for Bangladesh team.
