Beach Hatchery changes EGM/ AGM date

Beach Hatchery Ltd. has informed that in order to comply with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission Notification No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/Part-II/35/Admin/03-43 dated May 04, 2014 the Board of Directors has decided to shift the EGM and 19th AGM date to June 22, 2014 from June 25, 2014. Other information of the EGM and AGM will remain unchanged.
