Benefits of early rising

Very few of us get up early in the morning. Rather most of us living in city stay awake past midnight and can not wake up early. In this way, we miss the best time of the day when sun
rises and nature wakes up from its slumber.
We all know that getting up early in the morning is beneficial to health on more than one account, but somehow do not follow it in our daily routine. We all know but still ignore the time-tested proverb - 'Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise'.
If we wake up early we get a longer time to finish our day's work. We can plan ahead. We can have time for physical workouts as well as relaxation. But if we wake up late we are likely to be late in everything. We can not have time for a proper breakfast even.
Waking up early gives us a positive start. In the morning there is no rush. Everything is so quiet, calm and peaceful. No phone calls and no intruder. Rising early will surely raise our productivity. We should therefore get up early and also encourage our children and family members to do the same.
