Berger, Multiplan sign MoU

Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd, a renowned multinational paint manufacturer, and Multiplan Ltd, a real estate developer in the country, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the city recently.
Under the MoU, Berger Paints will directly be involved in supplying paints and monitoring the painting process of all Multiplan projects, according to a press release.
Abdul Khalek, director (Finance) and company secretary of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd, and Mohammad Ali, director (Operations and Monitoring) of Multiplan Ltd, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective companies.
Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, GM (Sales and Marketing), Abu Abed Saher, GSM (decorative) of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd, and high officials from both the companies were present at the MoU signing ceremony.
