Bex Pharma okays 15pc stock dividend

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. declared 15pc Stock dividend in its 34th Annual General Meeting held Tuesday at Beximco Industrial Park, Sarabo, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
The Company earned a gross profit and net profit of Tk. 2,302.05 million and Tk. 624.74 million respectively for the year 2009. The Shareholders were satisfied with the Company's performance during the year.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. A S F Rahman, Chairman of the Company. Mr. Salman F Rahman, Vice-Chairman, Mr. Nazmul Hassan, Managing Director, Mr. lqbal Ahmed, Mr. M. A. Qasem, Mr. O. K. Chowdhury, Dr. Abdul Alim Khan, Mr. A. B. Siddiqur Rahman, Directors, Mr. All Nawaz, Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Md. Asad Ullah attended.
