Beximco Industrial Park\\\'s warehouse catches fire

A fire broke out at a godown (warehouse) of Beximco Industrial Park at Chakrawarty at Gazipur industrial zone in the newly-created Gazipur city on Sunday morning. Fire service sources said the fire broke out in an underground cotton store room of the warehouse around 5:00am and it soon engulfed the entire room and spread to adjoining rooms. On information, seven fire-fighting units from Savar, EPZ, Tongi and Kaliakoir rushed to the spot and were trying to extinguish the blaze till filing the report at 9:50am. However, it was not still clear what caused the fire, according to UNB.
