BFF picks up 25 to form U-23 National team for Asian Games

Bangladesh Football Federation on Sunday picked up 25 players to form the Under-23 national football team for the 17th Asian Games 2014 to be held in Incheon city, South Korea, according to a news agency.
U-23 Preliminary Squad: Shahidul Alam, Atiqur Rahman Mishu, Shadul Alam Shahed and Tutul Hossain Badsha of Abahani, Zahid Hossain Emili, Hemanta Kumar Vincent, AS Yousuf Sifat, Tapu Barman, Wahed Ahmed, Nahidul Islam Nahid and Emon Mahmud of Mohammedan Sporting Club; Sohel Rana, Taklis Ahmed, Mamunul Islam Mamun, Rayhan Hasan, Yamin Ahmed Chowdhury Munna, Kesto Kumar Bosh and Yasin Khan of Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club; Mithun Chowdhury (Sheikh Russell KC), Omar Faruque Babu (Team BJMC), Jewel Rana and Rubel Miah of Brothers Union, Russell Mahmud Liton (Muktijoddha Sangsad KC), Osaman Gani (Uttar Baridhara Club) and Jamal Bhuiyan (Denmark).
Selected players have been asked to report to team manager Amirul Islam Babu on August 5 at 12pm at the BFF Bhaban.
The training camp of the preliminary team will be held from August 3 to September 12 at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Pratishthan in Savar.
