BGB seizes Tk 586.8m smuggled goods

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized Yaba tablets, heroin and foreign wines worth over Tk 586.80 million from different frontiers in July last, reports BSS.
A total of 19 people were handed over to the concerned thanas for their alleged involvement in trafficking goods and banned drugs.
The contraband items include 205,403 pieces of Yaba tablet, 180gram heroin, 24,023 bottles of foreign wines and 7,996 intoxicated injections.
