BGMEA to train up youths under PPP

BGMEA would train up a number of unemployed youths under Public Private Partnership (PPP) as part of the government's plan to provide job to one member of the country's each family.
Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) Thursday signed two memorandum of understanding (MoU) in this regard with Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) and Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE).
Abdus Salam Murshedy, president of BGMEA, Humayun Khalid, director general of BRDB, Mohammad Noman-ur-Rashid, director general of DSHE, and Mozaffar Uddin Siddique, president of BGMEA Institute of Fashion and Technology, signed the MoUs.
Home Minister Shahara Khatun was present in the signing ceremony as the chief guest.
