Ailing politician Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan underwent a successful operation at the Square Hospital Sunday, which is expected to ease his breathing problem. He is now resting at the intensive care unit. Physician Bazlul Gani Bhuiyan said a medical team of nine physicians, headed by Dr Sanoar Hossain, carried out the surgery. — bdnews24.com
