Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA), the apex body of private sector insurance companies has urged the political parties to find out an alternative to hartal so that economic growth can proceed smoothly in the country.
"Another hartal has been called on November 30 which will no doubt hamper the insurance business and also the overall economic activities of the country," the BIA said in a statement.
