A meeting of the advisory council of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) was held at the association premises in the city Thursday. Chairman of Bangladesh Insurance Association Sheikh Kabir Hossain presided over the meeting, said a press statement. The advisors of the association discussed on the draft regulations circulated by the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA). The meeting also discussed on the proposals suggestions put forwarded in the meeting of the chairmen of all insurance companies held recently.
