Bangladesh Insurance Academy will hold a workshop on 'total quality management (TQM)' today (Thursday) at the Academy building in the city.
The aim of the workshop is to enable the participants to implement total quality management in their respective organisations.
The workshop will be inaugurated by Bangladesh Insurance Academy Director Md Hasan Imam.
AKM Khairul Bashar will be present as the key resource person in the workshop.
At the end of the workshop the participants will be able to identify the issues involved in total quality management. They will also be able to plan and implement TQM in the organisations.
Some 40 senior executives from different insurance companies will participate in the workshop.
