Bicyclist killed in Natore road crash

A bicyclist was killed in a road accident at Horishpur at Natore Sadar Upazila on Thursday morning. The deceased was identified as Sentu Ali, 23, hailing from Baghrom vilage of the upazila. Highway police said a speeding truck hit the bicycle Sentu was riding near the Police Line at Horishpur around 7:00am, leaving Ali dead on the spot. Police recovered the body and sent it to Natore Sadar Hospital for autopsy. The truck driver managed to escape, according to UNB.
