BIFC approves 10pc cash, 12pc stock dividends

Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) has approved 10 per cent cash and 12 per cent stock dividend for the year 2008.
The dividends were approved at the 13th AGM of the company held in the city recently. 'The meeting was presided over by BIFC Chairman Abdul Mannan, said a press release.
The directors, managing director Mahmood Malik and Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary Inamur Rahman, senior executives and a large number of shareholders of the company attended the AGM.
