Biker killed

Unidentified miscreants have killed a motorcyclist and dumped his body at a cropland in between Mohanpur and Tanor upazilas of Rajshahi district. The dead is Abul Hossain, 40, son of Geda Mondol of Bishalpur village in Mohanpur upazila. Family sources said Abul had left his residence on Sunday morning and did not return. Local people found his body, bearing an injury mark, lying at a cropland in between Mohanpur and Tanor on Monday and informed police who recovered the body and sent it to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for autopsy. Police and locals suspected that miscreants might have killed him and dumped the body there at sometime between Sunday night and early Monday. However, motive behind the killing could not be known, according to a news agency.
