Biman adds 2 more apron buses to Ramp Coach fleet

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has recently procured two more apron buses with a view to modernising the Ground Support Equipment (GSE), taking the number of its vehicle to the Ramp Coach fleet to seven.
Chairman of the board of directors of Biman Air Marshal Jamal Uddin Ahmed (retd) inaugurated the buses for service at a simple ceremony at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the city recently, said a press release.
The chairman of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh and other high officials of the national flag carrier were present at the inaugural function.
The luxurious buses were manufactured in Germany by world renowned Co-bus Industries and each has a capacity of carrying 70 passengers with sufficient room for passenger luggage. The apron buses will help Biman board and alight airline passengers of all the airlines operating to and from Dhaka.
