Biman employees get first installment of retirement benefit

Some 1,876 officers and employees of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd, who went on voluntary retirement, received their first installment of benefit (70 per cent) Sunday. The rest of the benefit, subject to the approval of the Finance Ministry, will be provided after final accounts and auditing. Besides, the money of the provident fund will be paid Wednesday. —BSS
