Biman enforces zero tolerance against malpractice in recruitment examination

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited has enforced a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of malpractice in its recruitment examination, expelling eleven candidates and filing police cases over cheating, impersonation and use of mobile phones during the written test for the post of Traffic Helper (Casual), reports BSS.
According to a press release issued by the Public Relations Department of Biman on Saturday, the written examination was held on October 10 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at two centres in the capital-BAF Shaheen College, Jahangir Gate, Dhaka Cantonment, and Civil Aviation School and College, Tejgaon.
A total of 11 candidates were expelled-seven from BAF Shaheen College and four from Civil Aviation School and College-for adopting various unfair means during the test.
The expelled candidates include Ruba Akter (Roll 28003719), Sajahan Hossain Sajib (Roll 28006647), and Imam Ul Haque (Roll 28007703) for using mobile phones inside the examination hall; Md. Forhad Hossain Firoz (Roll 28007489) and Md. Labib Hasan (Roll 28007761) for discrepancies in admit card photographs; and Md. Shahin Mia (Roll 28005055), Abdus Sobahan (Roll 28014023), and Md. Rezwan (Roll 28014465) for impersonation.
