Mr Hossain pointed out that Biman has taken some measures to improve the ground handling services and now the passengers can collect their luggage within 45 minutes.
Responding to a question about ACC's probe into the alleged corruption in purchasing two aircraft, he said the organisation is providing all kinds of information to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and is committed to extend all kinds of cooperation in this regard.
Replying to another question grading the allegations of harassment against female colleagues by a male pilot, the Biman CEO said that none of the female employees lodged any complaint so far.
