Biman to resume Frankfurt flights Mar 31

Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume its operation on Dhaka-Frankfurt route from March 31, after a suspension of over seven years.
Biman will operate twice-a-week flights to this newest, 19th overseas destination, respectively on every Friday and Monday.
Marking the re-launching, Biman is offering discount of 50 per cent for the customers who would make it convenient to book themselves on the said flights till March 18.
 Flight BG 055 will leave Dhaka Friday and Monday at 10:00 am for Frankfurt of Germany and arrive there at 6:40 am local time. Similarly, flight BG 056 will leave Frankfurt at 8:10pm local time to arrive in Dhaka at 1pm the following day.
 Frankfurt came under Biman’s wings in 1986 and Biman had serviced the sector for more than 19 years at a stretch. The flight was suspended in 2006 in the wake of aircraft constraint, according to a news agency.
