Birshreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf\\\'s mother dies

Mukidunnesa, mother of Birshreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf, died of old age complications at her house in Madhukhali upazila in Faridpur district on Thursday night. She was 99. She breathed her last around 11:00 pm at her Arpara village home. Mukidunnesa left behind her two daughters, one son and a host of relatives to mourn her death. Her first namaz-e-janaza is scheduled to be held at Madhukhali Central Eidgah Maidan around 11:00 am on Friday while her second janaza will be held near her house at Arpara Eidgah Maidan after Juma prayers. Later she will be buried at her house yard. Deputy leader of the Parliament Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, also MP of Faridpur-2 constituency, and Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Engineer Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, also MP of Faridpur-3 constituency, expressed their profound shocks at the demise of the Birmata (mother of the war hero) and conveyed their sympathy to the bereaved family members, according to UNB.
