Bitdefender launches 2015 versions of consumer product line

World reputed Anti Virus brand, Bitdefender, of Romania, launched its 2015 versions of the home users product range in Bangladesh Thursday.
Representatives from more than 70 partners IT companies were present at a launch event organised by the Bangladesh distributor - Dhaka Distributions.
The distributor while highlighting on the new products, emphasized also on the Bitdefender guided business module. The distribution house would be selling through channel partners only and also ensure proper tech support for the users. The operations maintain a line of Bitdefender certified tech support personnel already.
The interesting part of the marketing strategy is that customers can actually claim a 100 per cent refund from the distribution office within 30 days of purchase of the product if not satisfied with its performance.
This is the first time an Anti Virus software company is making such a bold and confident offer to its customers.
Dhaka Distributions also declared the introduction of the same product line for students in Bangladesh at a further discounted price level very soon. This also is a new step in the local market focusing and facilitating the student community. Apart from the consumer line of products Bitdefender also offers the full range of SMB and Enterprise level of endpoint security solutions in Bangladesh.
