BKB Chargachh Bazar branch launches loan recovery drive

BRAHMANBARIA, Aug 26: Chargachh Bazar branch of Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) launched a loan recovery and disbursement programme titled 'The Grand Camp Implementation Programme' and a clients' get-together on its office premises here Monday.
BKB Deputy General Manager and Chief Regional Manager for Brahmanbaria Md Ali Hossain was present at the opening function as the chief guest, while local elite Md Abul Hashem presided over it.
BKB Principal officer and Chargachh Bazar branch Manger Md Khalilur Rahman delivered the address of welcome.
Among others, BKB Senior Principal officer of Brahmanbaria Chief Regional Office Md Maksud Ali Mridha addressed the function.
Local people, BKB clients and journalists were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Ali Hossain said BKB was committed to providing the best and innovative banking services to meet the growing needs of the rural people.
BKB Chargachh Bazar branch recovered Tk 261,000.00 as outstanding loan and disbursed Tk 80,000.00 through the programme on the opening day.
