BKB disburses Tk 1.19b among Tangail farmers

TANGAIL, Dec 8: Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) Tangail has distributed agricultural loan for the financial year 2010-2011.They set up a target for loan disbursment of Tk 1.19 billion and recovery target is Tk 0.81 billion.
The BKB Tangail zonal office sources said last year they disbursed Tk 0.77 billion while the target was Tk 0.94 billion and recoverd Tk 0.83 billion against the target of tk 0.87 billion.
According to the zonal office of BKB, they already have disbursed Tk 420 million in the current fiscal year.
